By using our waiting service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere may result in penalties or account restrictions.
2. Offer and Acceptance
Once the waiter arrives at the location, you have 30 minutes to complete your offer.If no action is taken within this period, the offer will be automatically accepted as per company policy.
3. Time Tracking and Charges
The waiting period starts as soon as the waiter reaches the specified location.
Funds will be deducted from your wallet at the beginning of the waiting period.
If you fail to arrive within the estimated time, the tracker will close automatically, and the funds will be deposited into the waiter’s account.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
You can cancel an offer before the waiter arrives without any charges.
If you cancel after the waiter has arrived, a cancellation fee may apply.
5. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within the waiting period, the transaction will be considered complete, and the waiter will receive the payment.
Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future service usage.
6. Dispute Resolution
If there are any disputes regarding the waiting period or service completion, please report the issue within 24 hours through our support system.
The final decision on disputes will be made based on system logs and timestamps.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
